How to make Pizza in less than 11 minutes?
‘You can’t make happiness but you can make a pizza that’s kind of the same thing.’ What better can you ask for if you can make a pizza with minimum ingredients? I recently discovered a quicky pizza that was ready to be relished in less than 11 minutes. It is just perfect for snack-time and kids (my nephew and niece) loved it too…
I named it “Layzy Pizza” (As I used Tomato Tango Lays in it)!
Here’s how to make a pizza in less than 11 minutes?
Ingredients you will need…
- Pizza Base (I used a harvest in this case)
- Mozzarella Cheese (Commonly known as pizza cheese)
- Cheese Slices (3 slices are enough)
- Chips (Any size, any flavour)
- Oregano (as per your taste)
- One Onion (Sliced in rings)
- Pizza Sauce (The readymade one)
Just to be clear I actually made this pizza in less than 10 mins and ate all of it in less than 10 minutes as well and trust me it was heavenly.
Here’s what you need to do:
Apply some butter or ghee in my case on the baking plate and place the pizza base on it. Don’t move around the base too much as it might break and you might end up making quite a delicious but broken pizza. Hence for all those who are OCD like me just be careful while handling the base.
Use a butter knife and layer the base with pizza sauce. Don’t overuse it!
Apply a layer of cheese slices onto the pizza base. Make sure you cover most of the pizza base.
Add onions, and most importantly ‘Chips’. Use Lays of whatever flavor be it Tomato or Cream & Onion or anything in between.
Grate cheese (Mozzarella) all over the pizza and cover it. By the end it should look like a mountain covered in fresh snow.
Bake it in a pre-heated Microwave for 8 mins at 200 watts and voila.
